Nexeo is looking for a Multi-Skilled Administrative Assistant
to join one of the top financial institutions in Belgium.
As part of the operations team, you will:
Provide general administrative and logistical support
Perform accurate data input and ensure consistent data management
Manage document filing, organization, and retrieval
Support day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and precision
Your profile:
Secondary education degree or equivalent experience
Good knowledge of Dutch, French, and English
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
Organized, autonomous, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and problem-solving mindset
Work location:
Hybrid model: 50% on-site / 50% homeworking
