If helping execute world class media campaigns for programs like This Is Us, The Voice and the highly anticipated return of Will and Grace excites you then keep reading and lets chat.Here are some of the specifics were looking for in a candidate:**Experience and Qualifications**:- Bachelor Degree- 1-2 years experience with a focus on programmatic buying / selling at RTB, DSP, DMP, or SSP- A strong understanding of the digital display/video marketplace and experience utilizing DBM, AdWords, TubeMogul/Adobe or Adobe Audience Manager a plus- Ability to quickly complete large volumes of high-quality work and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders internally- A wealth of knowledge across 1st party and 3rd party data sets and a mathematical mind will serve candidates well- Ability to analyze DMP raw data and create usable data segments- Effective communication, analytical, and technical skills- Sound understanding of ad-server and operations technologies (e.g., DoubleClick, Innovid, MOAT, IAS, DV)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite**Roles and responsibilities**:1. Trading and Campaign Management**:- Set bid strategies in multiple programmatic consoles, including identification, set up, and execution on optimum trading options- This includes fixed price guaranteed, dynamic and fixed price non-guaranteed RTB, domain recommendations, floor management, etc.- Evaluate 1st and 3rd party data, and build segments utilizing disparate raw data sets- Monitor performance in-console daily, identifying and providing optimization recommendations internally and to the client**2. Strategy and Innovation**:- Develop and deepen relationships with data, inventory, and platform vendors- Maintain on-going knowledge of media buying platforms updates, and stay up-to-date on all industry trends and new technology- Develop and implement testing plans that align with business goals and ensure an on-going testing schedule that drives innovation- Work closely with the media team to provide insights and strategies that satisfy business objectives- Support and educate planning teams in identifying opportunities**3. Team Leader**:- Participate in team brainstorms- Immerse in Maxus culture and opportunities, including team bonding events- Establish process on the team, ensuring a framework for success for current and future employees
