Having such great solutions, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior IT Support Engineer to join our brave and brilliant Synerise Team. You will support our Synerise team on a daily basis on topics such as: ~ Jira Administation and Support: Internal projects, client projects, ServiceDesk. ~Microsoft 365 Administration and Support: Azure AD (Entra ID): Handle user accounts, MFA and group roles.~ Laptop Servicing: At least 5 years in a similar support and Atlassian systems administration role. Strong proficiency administering Atlassian systems (Jira, Confluence). Very good knowledge of Microsoft365 digital workplace. Extensive experience of working with macOS (with Apple laptops), in particular managing them remotely.
