We are looking for you for our team: R&D Project Coordinator with experience in Home Care, Personal Care or Cosmetics. The position is located in Seville, Spain.
Your mission: Ensure the execution and monitoring of R&D projects, using the necessary tools and materials in accordance with the guidelines of the Manager. Coordinate all work and task with collaborators to ensure achievement of the projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the execution of Innovation and Development projects in coordination with your work team.
- Organize your team ensuring the fulfillment of assigned tasks.
- Monitor the different stages of projects based on the requirements of external and internal clients.
- Actively participate in internal meetings and with external ones (suppliers, reasearch centres, laboratories, etc.) that can promote their own training and can contribute to enriching the knowledge of the department.
- Market study and monitoring ensuring that you are aware of the latest technologies. Studying its possible effective implementation in our products.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Advance level of English. Advance level of German is a Plus.
- Chemical background. Knowledge of the Household Products, Personal Wash market or Cosmetics.
- Knowledge of production technology on a mass scale in the FMCG field.
- Knowledge of legislation
- Ability to prepare and lead project meetings
- Experience in facilitating collaboration and motivating project teams
- Communication skills, creativity and organisational skills, ability to make decisions independently.
- Presentation skills, ability to present proposals and recommend solutions
