Copenhagen Coffee Lab is a hand-craft coffee roastery, wholesaler, caf, and bakery chain founded in Copenhagen in 2013. Since then, we have marked our presence in Denmark and throughout Europe with 35+ cafes in Denmark, Germany, France, and Portugal.

As a driver, you will play a crucial role in delivering our freshly baked goods to our chain of high-end cafs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and safe packaging and transportation of bakery products while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service for our colleagues in the bakery and cafs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute efficient routes to ensure on-time delivery of baked goods to our cafs.
• Check and assist in the accuracy of bakery products loaded for delivery, ensuring that they meet the high standards set by the company.
• Assist in managing and organizing the bakery delivery inventory to optimize efficiency during the delivery process.
• Safely operate and maintain bakery delivery vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Comply with safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the safety of products, vehicles, and the general public during deliveries.
• Perform routine inspections, cleanings, and maintenance on delivery vehicles, reporting any issues promptly to the management team.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with customers and employees at the cafes, delivering a positive and friendly experience.

Qualifications

• You are reliable, honest, positive, and open to receiving training.
• Possess a valid and clean drivers license, with a proven track record of safe driving.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is a plus.
• Punctuality and dependability are essential qualities for this role.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in delivery schedules or routes.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with the bakery and caf team.
• Familiarity with the local area and efficient navigation skills.
• Strong commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a clean driving record.
