Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Electric Vehicle Charging Systems (EVCS) Solutions division. As the Senior Sales Manager of EVCS Solutions, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and deployment of advanced EV charging solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings, optimize system performance, and support business growth in the sustainable transportation and renewable energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for EVCS solutions aligned with company objectives.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of EV charging technologies, including fast-charging stations, integrated charging networks, and grid-connected solutions.
- Oversee technical and commercial feasibility studies for new EVCS projects and ensure successful implementation.
- Collaborate with RD, engineering, and product teams to enhance charging system efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including utilities, fleet operators, municipalities, regulatory bodies, and technology providers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability goals.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes in the EVCS space.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and specialists.
- Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise and identifying market opportunities.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the EVCS division.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Systems, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in the EVCS or related industry, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of EV charging technologies, energy management systems, and grid integration.
- Strong technical expertise in power electronics, system modeling, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and market dynamics in the EVCS sector.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with financial modeling and business case development for EVCS projects is a plus.
