Department Profile: RiverBanks origination department aims to originate loans through a network of distribution partners. Whether you are interested in fintech, financing SME, B2B distribution or working for a high growth firm, RiverBank is the place to be. RiverBank is looking to recruit for its Amsterdam office a Salesperson/ Loan Originator for the Dutch market. Primary Responsibilities: Identify and source new loan opportunities through the established network Build and maintain a robust network of distribution partners (banks, accountants and financial advisors) across the Netherlands Act as the primary point of contact for distribution partners, ensuring a seamless experience and maintaining client satisfaction Work closely with the credit team to assess, structure and submit loan applications Continuously assess market conditions, regulatory changes and competitive landscape Provide feedback and propose new loan products to address market needs and capitalize on business opportunities Oversee the overall client relationship Skills required: Excellent relationship and communication skills Relevant prior experience in corporate banking or debt advisory/ corporate finance In-depth knowledge of credit risk assessment and loan structuring A creative mindset, always exploring how to make a loan request possible Enjoys team work, thrives in a fast paced environment Goal and people oriented
