Position: Enterprise ArchitectLocation: Remote; however, you must be based in the UK/IrelandOverview: We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Architect to serve as a crucial link between our Microsoft partner and end users. Our client has acquired numerous companies, and we need someone to sort out the chaos.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design and Implementation: * Collaborate with Microsoft partners to design and implement scalable, efficient enterprise solutions. * Ensure solutions meet end-user requirements and align with strategic business goals. * Oversee the integration of Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.Stakeholder Engagement: * Act as the primary point of contact between the Microsoft partner and end users. * Understand and translate end-user needs into technical requirements. * Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.Architecture Development: * Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and standards. * Document current and future state architectures. * Advocate for best practices in architecture design and implementation.Vendor and Partner Management: * Evaluate and select appropriate solutions from Microsoft partners. * Manage relationships with partners to ensure service level agreements are met. * Conduct regular reviews to assess partner performance and alignment with business needs.Risk and Change Management: * Identify potential risks in solution architectures and develop mitigation strategies. * Implement change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.Continuous Improvement: * Stay updated on emerging Microsoft technologies and industry best practices. * Foster an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.Key Skills and Competencies: * Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, preferably with a focus on Microsoft technologies. * Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Experience with vendor and partner management. * Familiarity with project management methodologies. * TOGAF certification is a plus.Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture
