We are looking for an IT Support Specialist for our office located in Sant Quirze del Valls. Reporting to the Head of IT Europe, the role will involve overseeing management and support functions within the department.

What responsibilities will you have?

• Work with system, network, and IT equipment providers to ensure efficient local operations and provide necessary support to users.
• Oversee and coordinate the functionality of current applications, including their setup, maintenance, and updates.
• Manage IT equipment related to operational activities and processes.
• Ensure adherence to security policies for systems and applications.
• Lead and manage assigned projects within the department.

What will we value?

We are looking for someone with at least 2-4 years of proven experience in the described functions and a strong enthusiasm for taking on an exciting project.

• IT Systems Engineering (other formal qualifications in the field will also be considered).
• Strong focus on internal customer service.
• Analytical skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Commitment to continuous improvement in internal IT processes.
• Upper Intermediate (B2/C1) level of English is required.
• Driving licence.
