As a Group Finance Ledger Strategy Solution Architect, you will be working for our client, a leading digital-first bank focused on delivering innovative financial solutions at scale. You will be part of the Ellipse Programme, responsible for designing and ensuring the integrity of the Finance and Cross Functions ecosystem while supporting the migration of selected European systems to a Group Standard Architecture. Designing and maintaining the overall architecture for the Finance and Cross Functions ecosystem within the Ellipse Programme Supporting Client Department transformation initiatives by focusing on Models, Data, Reporting, and architecture alignment for new services Collaborating with senior architects to ensure alignment with architectural strategies, standards, and policies Ensuring solution designs are approved by relevant authorities and key design decisions are appropriately documented Capturing and analyzing business requirements to create effective IT solution designs Providing guidance and promoting architecture principles to technology and business partners Coaching and mentoring project delivery teams to achieve successful business outcomes Strong experience working with stakeholders across various disciplines, including business analysts, product owners, testing teams, and technical experts Proven ability to create clear, concise architecture solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences Effective collaboration skills, particularly in matrixed environments involving Software Engineering and Scrum teams In-depth experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies in scalable environments High situational awareness and ability to react appropriately to evolving circumstances Experience in designing and implementing enterprise architecture solutions It is a strong plus if you have: Experience with migration projects involving large-scale systems ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
