Join a leading, young, dynamic, and highly committed wind energy company with human and responsible values.To support its strong and rapid growth, Nordex Italy is looking for a Material Coordinator for the Head Quarter in Rome.The role involves supporting the management of stock levels to meet demands, monitoring stock movements to ensure correct levels are available at service points, and keeping operational stock costs as adequate as possible.YOUR TASKS :Prioritize open work orders within defined company rules and guidelines, using standard times and expected driving times.Check material availability regularly, order additional supplies as required to ensure all materials are available when needed.Order spare parts and maintenance materials from the Central Warehouse, control stock levels, and ensure timely delivery to sites.Manage warehouse stock levels to meet annual targets set by the company.Implement and adjust safety stock at service points.Perform annual stocktaking and support audits.Transfer spare parts between service points using SAP.Organize material returns to the Central Warehouse and external suppliers.Report monthly on stock levels, movements, and freight costs.Provide material support to local teams, including training, parts identification, and handling D-parts.Assist Service Technicians with raising tickets on ServiceNow.Provide detailed reports to management.Participate in the startup of new service locations.Attend relevant operations meetings as required.Maintain daily contact with field service teams and communicate with the Spare Parts Management Department in Rostock and Hamburg, as well as other relevant departments.Analyze requirements and plan work in advance.Propose and implement ideas, new procedures, and improvements to increase quality, efficiency, and profitability.YOUR PROFILE :Must have :Experience with SAP / ERP systemsProficiency in MS Office / ExcelEnd-to-end thinker, capable of handling complexities and solution-oriented.Nice to have :University degreeAt least 2 years of experience in supply chain managementNordex is committed to equal employment opportunity.
