As a Multilingual Receptionist / Secretary, you will play a key role in creating the first impression of the company. Your responsibilities will be diverse and rewarding:
Greeting visitors, partners, and colleagues in person and by phone
Daily administrative tasks: handling incoming/outgoing mail, managing office supplies
Occasional administrative support: formatting documents, managing calendars, archiving
Contributing to smooth internal coordination and maintaining the companys professional image
To thrive in this role, you ideally have the following qualifications:
Previous successful experience in a similar position (reception or secretarial work)
Fluency in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English both spoken and written
Excellent personal presentation, strong listening skills, discretion, and a client-oriented mindset
Ability to manage priorities, work diligently, and communicate with courtesy and professionalism
