About the Job:
CDH is currently supporting a key logistics client in the Antwerp region with the implementation of the AFAS platform, focusing on the HR and Payroll modules. To ensure a successful rollout and optimization of the system, we are looking for an experienced AFAS Consultant to join the project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation of AFAS HRM and Payroll modules within the client''s organization
- Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows
- Collaborate closely with HR and payroll stakeholders to align AFAS with current and future needs
- Configure dashboards, user roles, and workflows for optimal efficiency
- Perform data migration and validation to ensure data integrity
- Train end users and develop clear documentation for system usage and support
- Provide functional support post-go-live and coordinate with AFAS support if needed
- Ensure compliance with Belgian payroll legislation and internal policy
Ideal Profile
- Experience implementing or configuring AFAS, specifically within HR and Payroll
- Deep understanding of AFAS Profit, including InSite and reporting tools
- Familiarity with Belgian HR and payroll processes is essential
- Prior experience in a logistics or operational environment is a strong advantage
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
