Taylor Hopkinson is recruiting a Senior Legal Counselfor a dynamic and growing renewable energy IPP company activeacross Europe. This person will serve as the primary legalreference for all administrative and regulatory matters in Italy.Responsibilities: - Provide legal guidance on all aspects ofadministrative law as it relates to the company''s operations andrenewable energy projects in Italy. - Support the development teamin navigating permitting and authorisation processes at local,regional, and national levels. - Manage relationships andcommunications with public authorities, regulatory agencies,notaries, and local stakeholders. - Lead or coordinate litigationand dispute resolution related to permitting or administrativeissues. - Offer legal input on commercial and developmentagreements related to renewable energy initiatives. Requirements: -Law degree from a recognised Italian university. - Minimum of 5years of legal experience, preferably within the renewable energyor infrastructure sectors. - Strong background in administrativelaw, permitting procedures, real estate, and litigation. -Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in both Italian andEnglish.
