This role in the PMO organization is supporting the PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) tool and processes in Patient Supply and QA with as main purpose to build & maintain visibility on the Patient Supply & QA projects and programs, their activities, major deliverables, timings, resources and budget on the mid- and long-term. The role will need strong relationships with Integrate IT & R&D teams, as well as with Finance and HR. Responsibilities Provide support to the user communityHandle and resolve incoming incidents and workordersProvide and manage user accessEnsure user support documentation is available and up-to-dateAct as Business System Owner for the Patient Supply Community Maintain the PPM tool setGather, propose and describe business requirements for identified improvementsWrite & review user requirementsAlign on the development priorities with the IT & R&D partnersPerform system testing on developed changesProvide and manage user access - Participate to the development of new user-oriented functionalities and solutionsParticipate as team member in Business projects having an impact on Integrate PPM ToolSupport any support and training related initiatives, like (non-exhaustive list) AI-based user support botSupport-related KPIs & insightsKnowledge base and training documentationTraining and information sessions ExperienceMin 2 years of professional experienceExperience in managing data and working with databasesExperience or education/certification in project management is a major assetExperience as a trainer is an assetAnalytical & Critical mindsetData drivenExcellent written and spoken English and FrenchAbility to work in cross-functional teams, including remotely
