IF YOU ARE
- Experienced with at least 15 years in production environments
- Qualified to design and implement enterprise-level architecture and solutions
- Proficient in understanding corporate business processes such as payroll, recruitment, staffing, and IT service management
- Well-versed in solution design and process optimization
- Capable of evaluating and optimizing platform performance while balancing architecture and budgets
- Skilled in leading and building teams of solution architects to implement complex transformation strategies
- Accustomed to auditing and aligning architecture strategies across programs and projects
- Competent in leading process optimization projects in large organizations
- Experienced in integrating solutions across a corporate ecosystem
- Familiar with developing frameworks that balance cost efficiency and performance
- Effective in working on projects involving multiple teams
- Thriving in large enterprise environments, understanding their complexities, and designing and leading solutions that drive lasting results

- Play a pivotal role in simplifying processes, maximizing platform capabilities, and aligning architecture and budgets to organizational needs
- Ensure the company gains maximum value from existing and new platforms
- Collaborate with C-level and mid-level executives across corporate functions to drive impactful initiatives
- Design and implement optimal architecture and solutions for internal transformation initiatives
- Lead enterprise-level projects to optimize corporate processes and platforms
- Establish and facilitate company-wide architecture governance processes
- Build strategies to support long-term business goals and optimize enterprise processes over a 5+ year horizon
- Lead a team of architects in designing and implementing integrated solutions across the corporate ecosystem
- Evaluate internal functions, identify areas for process improvement, and drive transformational change
- Maintain strong partnerships with business units to align architecture strategies with organizational needs
- Promote enterprise architecture initiatives and research to implement innovative solutions
- Resolve cross-program and cross-project architectural challenges
