Were seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Machine Learning Manager with deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs). Youll lead the design and curation of high-quality, scalable datasets that directly influence the performance and fairness of our language models.
As a Manager, you will:
- Lead a global team of engineers building solutions for industry-leading clients.
- Define the technical direction of complex NLP and AI projects.
- Oversee projects from concept to delivery, managing scope, timelines, risks, and resources.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure transparency through clear communication with stakeholders and team members.
- Contribute to our broader technology strategy and client advisory initiatives.
What Were Looking For
Required:
- Masters degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science).
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or data science roles.
- 1+ year managing technical projects and leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Practical experience with LLMs and Generative AI (fine-tuning, RAG, pruning, etc.).
- Proficient in Python, Git, Docker; experience with GitHub/GitLab workflows.
- Solid grasp of agile methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
Nice to Have:
- PhD in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with quantum computing or Tensor Networks libraries.
