We are seeking a Senior Contracts Engineer to join a transformative onshore liquefied natural gas (LNG) development in a high-potential region. This multi-billion-dollar project involves the construction of a state-of-the-art LNG facility, processing natural gas from offshore fields with an initial production capacity of 12.88 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa), and potential future expansion up to 50 Mtpa. Start date: ASAP Location: Paris, France Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable) Key Responsibilities: Administer the tendering process, including preparation of Call for Tender (CFT) documentation and evaluation procedures. Liaise with technical teams to incorporate requirements into the tender process. Manage and monitor all contractual processes for CFT, ensuring recommendations align with optimal contractual and commercial terms. Evaluate tenderer compliance with guarantees, insurances, and other requirements. Prepare and participate in contract committee meetings. Administer contractual correspondence and change order logs. Review and prepare change order documents. Manage contractor claims and prepare counterclaims. Ensure all contractual certificates, guarantees, and insurances are in place and received timely. Coordinate processing of contractors monthly applications for payment and verify invoice submissions. Administer all contractual data necessary to be recorded in SAP (ERP system). Qualifications & Experience: Master''s degree in Construction Law, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years'' experience in managing EPC/EPCI construction contracts in onshore oil & gas projects. Proven experience with LNG facility developments is essential. Strong knowledge of construction law and project control, commercial, legal, and insurance matters. Proficient in SAP ERP and Microsoft Office suite. Fluent in English.
