About the Role As a Project Manager , youre the main link between the company and its global clients. You manage international IT infrastructure projects from start to finish think resource planning, timelines, reporting, communication, and delivery. You''ll work closely with engineers, service partners, and sales and depending on your experience, you may own mid- and large-scale projects right away. Youre not just executing projects; youre also spotting new business opportunities and building long-term relationships along the way. This is a fast-paced role for someone who loves working internationally, keeping lots of moving parts aligned, and delivering great results :)! What Youll Do Take full ownership of IT projects from A to Z Plan resources, manage service partners lead internal comms Build and present tailored project proposals for global clients Track timelines, deliverables, and risks and act on them early Report on project progress and manage the admin side Host kick-off and check-in calls with customers around the world Identify cross-sell opportunities during active projects Make sure communication flows clearly between teams, clients, and timelines A Typical Day 09:00 Start with a stand-up meeting and coffee with your team 09:30 Call with a client in Tokyo to discuss project progress 10:30 Draft a proposal for a new project with the sales team
