We are looking for a passionate Talent Partner who will play a key role within the Talent Acquisition team in Italy. You will act as a real business partner for managers and HR colleagues, providing technical expertise and solutions to current and future recruitment challenges. This position reports to Talent Acquisition Manager Your responsibilities Execute and contribute to the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy within the functional and geographic area of responsibility, in alignment with group guidance, policies, and procedures. Act as a speaking partner and consultant to the business to advise on strategy and best practices in relation to talent acquisition. Leverage internal tools (CRM, University Channels, LinkedIn) to provide the correct strategy to fill open positions. Partner with Employer Branding function, taking part in career events and fairs, and promoting Diversity & Inclusion. Your background Master''s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a Humanistic Background. At least 3 years of experience working in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition. Fluent in both Italian and English. Autonomy and ability to handle several assignments simultaneously. Strong influencing skills and capability to create a genuine partnership of trust with the business and internal HR teams.
