Job Title: IAM IGA SailPoint Developer

Total Experience Required: 5+ years in Information Technology/Computers/Software

Relevant Experience Required: 4+ years in IAM IGA SailPoint

Work Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands

Must be currently based in the Netherlands, or
Willing to relocate to Eindhoven, Netherlands from anywhere within Europe or the UK
Relocation support is available for selected candidates relocating from within Europe or the UK
Candidates outside Europe/UK unfortunately cannot be considered

Job Type: Contract

Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months, extendable up to 18 months based on project needs

Visa/Work Authorization Status:

Candidates must hold a valid work permit or visa to work in the Netherlands
If you currently possess a valid work visa for Europe or the UK, we can support the process of securing work authorization for the Netherlands

We are seeking an experienced Developer for a long-term contract opportunity based in Eindhoven. This role focuses on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with a strong emphasis on SailPoint integration and application onboarding.

You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting IGA capabilities within a large-scale IAM landscape. Working closely with business and IT stakeholders, you will drive integration efforts, ensure compliance with security frameworks, and support Agile delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement IGA solutions aligned with IAM strategy and architecture
Onboard business applications into the IAM platform using SailPoint
Integrate with technologies including LDAP, REST/SOAP, SCIM, databases, SaaS apps (e.g., OKTA, Workday, SAP)
Develop scripts and configurations using Java, Beanshell, and JavaScript
Collaborate in Agile teams, estimate efforts, and participate in SCRUM activities

Top 5 Essential Skills:

4+ years of professional experience with IGA/SailPoint
Strong programming skills (Java, Beanshell, JavaScript)
Proven integration experience across diverse systems and applications
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Azure, and Linux
In-depth understanding of entitlement and authorization management

Top 5 Optional Skills:

Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with security policy frameworks and best practices
Exposure to Workday and SAP Suite integrations
Capability to drive standardization and process automation
Strong communication and presentation skills in English
