We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic compensation and benefits manager to support the business across France and beyond. To develop and initiate local policies and procedures and to work with group level initiatives and implement best practice. This is an autonomous role, based near Paris, where you will be providing solutions, strategy, analysis and ideas whilst being part of an incredible organization. You will be focusing on creating a modern and best practice C&B function. You will be used to working in fast paced environments and bring expert ideas to the table.
