GUM, one of its oral care brands, offers a portfolio of solutions designed to accompany people through different life stages and oral health challenges To join our dynamic and fast paced Digital Strategy and Services Team , to be based in our offices in Barcelona or Warsaw , we are currently looking for a DIGITAL SUCCESS MANAGER - Adobe Edge Delivery Services MISSION The chosen candidate will ensure the performance, continuous optimization and development of websites built on Adobe Edge Services. S/He will guarantee the websites are user-focused, fast, scalable, and aligned with the companys brand and communication goals. Acting as the key bridge between business vision and digital execution, the DSM ensures a seamless, modern digital presence that supports Sunstars global reputation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Among all her/his responsibilities, s/he will be responsible for: Oversee the end-to-end development and management of websites built on Adobe Edge Delivery Services Define, prioritize, and execute development roadmap using Agile project management Act as the product owner for Sunstar digital platforms using Adobe Edge Delivery Services Ensure best-in-class web performance, security, and UX aligned with Sunstars global brand strategy Lead frontend development tasks and website enhancements Create responsive, accessible, and high-performing UI with HTML/CSS/JavaScript Integrate APIs to deliver dynamic content, personalization, and analytics Build scalable, maintainable code that works flawlessly across browsers and devices Champion continuous learning and innovation in web technologies Stay updated on evolving best practices in frontend, Adobe Edge Delivery Services, web performance, and the use of artificial intelligence to support operations Stay updated on evolving practices in the use of AI to support operations Lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions with communication and tech teams Collaborate cross-functionally to align digital infrastructure with business and communication needs Partner with business stakeholders to to define web priorities and needs Translate stakeholder inputs into actionable web development deliverables Facilitate decision-making through clear technical insight and documentation Measure and optimize performance Use analytics to track KPIs and user engagement Report insights and drive iterative improvements Proactively identify bugs, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities WHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOR Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, Web Development, or related field desirable 3 years of hands-on experience in technical project management and web development Experience with A/B testing and tools Proven track record with frontend development, API management, Infrastructure projects or equivalent Experience working in cross-functional teams, global organizations a plus Previous exposure to customer-facing roles or internal stakeholder alignment or a desire to grow customer-facing capabilities Fluent in English, both written and spoken
