Mission: -Coordinate and supervise all engineering activities related toHook-up - Provide Hook-up expertise during bid phase, projectpreparatory phases (in home office and in yard), offshore executionphase for all engineering activities related to Hook-up - Interfacewith Fabrication (whether internal or external yards) and T&Ifor scope of work definition and management of carry-over works -Perform technical tasks related with drawings / MTOs / job cardspreparation, constructability reviews, study activities, etc. -Participate into preparation of multi-disciplinary Hook-upprocedures - Prepare marine spread specifications and follow uprelevant bids - Ensure efficient, safe, cost effective marinespread scheduling - Ensure through dedicated surveys, vesselssuitability to perform safely and efficiently support activitiesfor Hook-up campaign, in order to guarantee steady manpower andmaterials supply on site Tasks: - Propose engineering solutionsaiming at identifying optimised configurations for transportationand installation with available marine spread, minimizing offshoreHook-ups and optimizing construction sequences and methodology atSite - Provide Hook-up inputs to the engineering reviews(Constructability, 3D model, HAZID, etc.). - Participate in theexecution of the Hook-up engineering, including identification ofmultidisciplinary Hook-up activities, preparation of Hook-upprocedures and assembling of necessary project documentation indisciplines Work Packages - Liaise with Hook-up Planning andControl Analyst for setting up Hook-up Job Cards based on scope ofwork and in accordance with the defined plans for construction,installation and commissioning - Elaborate Hook-up projectdeliverables list and ensure that documents and procedures aredeveloped and issued accordingly - Define the preparation ofSubcontracts scopes and Technical Bid Evaluations related toHook-up activities - Ensure the correct interfaces with otherproject functions during Hook-up engineering activities - Collectred mark-up engineering documents at site for final As-Builtdrawings preparation - Support Hook-up Manager ensuring thenecessary follow-up of Hook-up engineering activities either fromHome Office, Yard or Site, including inputs for Job Cards updatingas necessary - Supervise the analysis of Hook-up requirementsrelevant to Welding, Painting, Coating and Quality Controlactivities and the implementation of any special requirement, aheadthe offshore campaign How to Apply: If you are ready to take onthis challenging role and contribute to the success of Saipem''sprojects, please submit your CV in English by clicking on the linkbelow.
