We are seeking a motivated team member for a 1-year secondment to support our Trade Performance Management (TPM) project. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a key initiative within our sales organization and gain valuable experience in a dynamic project environment.Project Overview:The TPM project focuses on optimizing sales processes through improved system capabilities and tools, including managing the promotional calendar, monthly sales forecasting, and ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems.As a TPM Project Support, your responsibilities will include:Participating in project design and development phases.Supporting execution and communication of project activities, including testing and validation.Executing sales-related activities within the project under the guidance of the sales owner, ensuring accurate and timely completion in relevant systems.User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Data Validation:Conducting UAT to validate system functionality and performance.Generating and distributing tracking reports on UAT progress and data validation results.Issue Management & Proactive Monitoring:Proactively monitoring the progress of project activities to ensure UAT tasks are completed successfully.Identifying, addressing, and escalating incidents or issues to the project management team.Tools & Documentation:Utilizing project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track UAT status, report incidents, and submit change requests.Contributing to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation.Supporting the cutover process/period.What You Bring to the Team:A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for technology.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment.Experience:At least 3 years of higher education (degree in engineering, management, economics, or statistics preferable).Good understanding of sales systems and tools.Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with TPM tools (SAP and Power BI experience highly desirable).Experience in sales support or related roles for at least 1-2 years.Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.Proven ability to handle multiple queries, respond promptly, and maintain composure under pressure.Relocation support available.Business Unit Summary:We value our talented employees and strive to help our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent.
