On behalf of an international company based near Rolle, we are searching for an Administrative Assistant (80%-100%) for a 6-month assignment.
Responsibilities:
Organize the logistics surrounding onsite trainings for new and existing customers.
Work with the Marketing and Commercial teams as well as the relevant members of the EIMEA Steering Committee to coordinate and host VIP reference site visits.
Host customers during a training course or visit, ensuring the center is kept clean and tidy, beverages and lunches are provided when needed, and the facilities are kept well stocked.
Work with the Marketing and Operations team to coordinate and facilitate events.
Minimum Requirements:
CFC or maturity degree.
At least 2 years'' experience in a similar position within an international company.
Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Fluent in English and French.
Rigorous, detail-oriented, with a very good team spirit.
