DevOps Implementation Advisor (Barcelona-based)
Are you passionate about DevOps, working with technical teams, and driving best practices adoption at scale?
At Talent-r, were looking for a DevOps Advisor to lead a cross-functional project within a global leader in the insurance and financial services sector. Youll work closely with over 50 Tech Leads to help standardize and implement automated processes across their DevOps pipelines.
What will you do?
- Be the go-to person for 50 Technical Leads across multiple technical teams, guiding them on process implementation within their DevOps environments.
- Schedule and lead individual meetings to explain the procedures and support them throughout the implementation.
- Instruct teams on how to document evidence of completion.
- Track and report on project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Act as a bridge between Tech Leads and the corporate DevOps team for issue resolution.
- Create best practice guidelines and recommendations for using GitHub Copilot in technical projects.
What are we looking for?
- Strong background as a DevOps Engineer / Software Engineer with architectural knowledge.
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles and software architecture patterns.
- Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot, with a clear view of its pros, cons, and optimal use cases.
- Practical experience in Azure DevOps environments.
- Strong documentation and process structuring skills.
- Excellent communication, autonomy, organization, and follow-up abilities.
