We are seeking new team members to contribute to the development of our offices in Milan, Dalmine-Bergamo, and Ancona.We are looking for an Energy Efficiency Project Manager to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves independently and collaboratively developing technical-economic feasibility studies, preliminary design activities in energy-related fields, particularly for energy refurbishment of HVAC systems, renewable energy production, and cogeneration plants. Our dynamic and stimulating work environment is constantly growing and staffed with highly qualified professionals, offering the opportunity to participate in significant innovative projects.Main ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be involved in the following activities:Coordinating and planning project activities, overseeing quality control and verification of completed projects;Preparing technical-economic feasibility projects (PFTE) to evaluate the effectiveness and profitability of investments in energy efficiency for buildings, plants, and existing production processes. Projects will include energy refurbishment of building systems and installation of renewable energy or cogeneration systems;Preparing preliminary projects and technical documentation, aimed at participation in tenders;Conducting energy diagnoses, Law 10, and APE assessments;Performing technical inspections for analysis and evaluation of interventions on buildings and plants;Managing client relationships, preparing presentations for clients, and coordinating the project team;Employment type: Permanent contract according to the CCNL Studi Professionali, or freelance collaboration upon request;Salary: Starting from 35,000 gross/year + bonus, commensurate with experience;Benefits include meal vouchers, ongoing professional training, flexible hours, regulated smart working, free beverages/snacks in the office;Company-provided computer and smartphone, dedicated desk;Personalized growth path to fully meet highly qualified candidates'' expectations.QualificationsMaster''s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Energy;Strong technical background;At least 3 years of experience in feasibility studies for energy refurbishment, energy diagnoses, and energy system design;Registration with the Engineering Order;Proficiency with technical software such as Autocad, Edilclima, and MS Office;Excellent organizational skills, independent management of project timelines, problem-solving abilities;Experience as a Project Manager managing teams and client relationships;Strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership and team coordination abilities;Flexibility, collaborative spirit, and ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and suppliers;Excellent command of Italian, both written and spoken; good knowledge of English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
