Your Mission We areseeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director tolead and scale our people function as we grow from 50 to 200employees. You will play a key role in designing and executingscalable HR strategies that support growth, culture, careerdevelopment, and operational excellence across the organization. Inthis high-impact role, you will oversee the entire employeelifecycle from recruitment to onboarding, career development,compensation, mental health, and retention while building astrong, inclusive company culture. Responsibilities - StrategicHR Leadership: Build and execute an HR roadmap aligned with ourscale-up objectives (from 50 to 200+ employees). - TalentAcquisition & Onboarding: Lead our hiring strategy and ensure asmooth, structured onboarding process that accelerates ramp-up andengagement. - Career Development & Skills Management: Implementupskilling frameworks, career paths, and performance reviewprocesses that empower teams to grow. - Culture & MentalWellbeing: Strengthen our high performance culture and ensure weprovide a healthy, inclusive, and safe workplace. - Compensation& Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensationstructures, including performance-based variable pay and benefitspackages. - Compliance & HR Operations: Ensure compliance withemployment laws and implement HR processes that scale globally. -HR Tools & Analytics: Optimize HR systems and dashboards totrack key people metrics and provide strategic insights toleadership. About You - Must Have - 5+ years of experience in HRleadership roles, with at least 3 years as a Head of People or HRDirector in a fast-growing environment. - Demonstrated experiencescaling a company from 50 to 200+ employees. - Strong background inrecruitment, onboarding, performance management, variablecompensation, and career development. - Proven ability to createand maintain a culture of excellence and high performance. - Fluentin both English and French with excellent communication skills. -Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and strongorganizational skills. - Comfortable with modern HR tools andperformance tracking.
