Tax Counsel - Your Role : Oversee the preparation and validation of tax documentation in line with Luxembourg and international regulations. Gain strategic oversight of tax compliance while acting as an internal expert across jurisdictions. Liaise with external tax advisors on structuring matters in Private Equity and Real Estate. Enhance your exposure to complex, cross-border transactions and high-value structures. Manage tax aspects of SPVs and assist with capital increases, notarial deeds, and related legal formalities. Contribute to business-critical structuring with clear operational impact. Provide guidance on international tax strategy and support AML compliance. Broaden your involvement across legal, tax and regulatory areas in a dynamic setting. Tax Counsel - Your Profile: 4-5 years of experience, including a background as a tax lawyer followed by in-house tax advisory. Strong expertise in Luxembourg tax law, structuration of funds and SPV operations. Business-minded, detail-oriented, and capable of managing several matters simultaneously. Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Law degree with a tax specialization; CCDL is a strong asset.
