Areajob, an employment agency with a branch office in Prato, is seeking a Commercial Support Officer for a renowned textile company based in Prato. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will play a key role in the sales department, providing administrative support by: Managing diaries, organizing meetings, and handling phone calls, messages, and emails for the Commercial Team. Prioritizing tasks and working under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards. Coordinating with colleagues to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. Requirements: We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Experience in an organizational or commercial role. Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication capabilities, and high attention to detail. Fluency in English (C1/C2 level according to the European Language Knowledge Scale). Willingness to work full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday). Additional Information: Initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of direct integration into the company. Classification: CCNL Tessile Industria, 3 livello.
