Supervisor Outfit (& Exterior) This position islocated in the Netherlands, so relocation is necessary! Let''s startwith what we have to offer: - As a Supervisor Outfit you will havea big impact on the exterior and outfitting of the yacht; - Thiscompany is a project-orientated company, which means that you aregoing to work together with a lot of different disciplines; - Youwill receive a salary between 4000 & 6000 euros gross a month;- We offer you an annual Xelvin contract, after this, you will beemployed by the organization; - We will support you with the wholerelocation process: from picking you up from the airport, tofinding you a house! - Outings are organized every year, such asChristmas drinks and a summer BBQ. We would like to have you here!Your role: As a Supervisor Outfit, youll join one of the projectteams and take the lead on your technical discipline. Your mission?Ensure precision, quality, and coordination throughout the buildingprocessfrom engineering checks to final installation. You will: -Act as the technical point of contact within your discipline(Interior, Machinery, Outfit, Systems, Construction or E&A) -Coordinate work packages and monitor progress, quality, anddeadlines - Review engineering documents, advise on workdemarcation, and liaise with Supply Chain and Project Development -Work closely with co-makers, instructing and guiding third partieswhere needed - Flag improvement opportunities in workflows or workpackages - Monitor materials and equipment deliveries for qualityand availability What you bring: - A completed Bachelor educationin technical field - At least 5 years of experience in the maritimeor yacht building sector - Strong technical insight and aproactive, solution-oriented mindset - Excellent communicationskills and a drive to deliver quality - Good command of English andfamiliarity with MS Office
