About the Role

The EMEA Sales Excellence role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to streamline processes and enhance cross-functional collaboration across the region.

Key responsibilities include driving strategic initiatives to optimize sales performance, improve operational efficiency, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organization.

The role also involves designing and overseeing integration processes within the EMEA region, in close collaboration with the Head of EMEA.

In addition, responsibilities include analyzing local commercial markets and business dynamicsusing key metrics such as sales performance and profitability by country and productand recommending actions to boost both sales and profitability.

All initiatives and plans are developed in alignment with the companys strategic vision, particularly during the Long Range Planning and Budgeting sessions.
