We call this commitment Care by Design.The RoleReporting to the HR European Director the role will focus on supporting the provision of a bespoke high quality HR service across a variety of European countries with individual requirements. This is a demanding and occasionally pressured role which ideally would suit an energetic, self-motivated person willing to pick up the role and run with it, with the ability to juggle sometimes conflicting priorities.The HR Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, undertaking various HR administrative tasks and HR operational duties and guiding our teams throughout the business on a range of HR matters across the employee lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Deal promptly and effectively with drafting of employment documents, right to work checks, probation checks and other ad hoc admin queriesWork effectively with our HR system by ensuring the accurate input all employee data and information and all records are up to date on the system and on all personnel filesMaintain and update employee records, both digital and physical in compliance with GDPR regulationComply with occupational health obligationsSupport the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlistingOrganise induction programmes for new employees and off boarding for leaversImplementing and maintaining all HR procedures and policies, ensuring they are up to dateSupport in tracking staff absences, holidays, and timekeepingCoordinate learning & development activitiesSupport with annual performance and salary reviewsEnsure compliance with internal policies and employment regulationsWorking closely with the HR Director to produce and submit HR reports and assist on HR projectsRequirements:Excellent organisational and communication skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to manage confidential information with discretionMust be proactive, methodical and results orientatedAbility to manage own workload effectively and work to strict deadlinesProcess driven and able to deliver results in a high volumeAbility to use initiative and identify solutions when a problem or difficult situation arisesProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)Our Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a highly results driven, and people orientated individual that offers 3-5 years experience in an international environment as a HR Coordinator who has a bachelors degree or ideally a masters degree in HR and is fluent in English.Relationships are vital to our success here at F&P Healthcare so we would also expect that you will effectively build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company as a trusted partner.What we can offerIn return, you have an opportunity to work as part of a great team that are dedicated and high performing.
