Location Pombia, Italy (SmartWorking) Position Summary: We are looking for a Service Technicianto join our Innovation Technology Test Area team. In this role, youwill be responsible for testing activities that will take placeboth within the Innovation & Technology area and at customersites or end-user plants in terms of service. Responsibilities -The main testing activities will be related to performance tests ofCompany products, characterization of noise emissions, structuraltests of various types, static and dynamic, preparation of testingmachines, instrumentation of the components to be tested andassembly of standard products and prototypes. - The serviceactivities will take place both in Italy and abroad, at customersites or at various types of locations such as refineries, powergeneration plants, chemical sites, and new generation areas for thecapture and removal of CO2. - These activities will include thesupervision and installation assistance of the products supplied,the evaluation of the performances and the optimization of the mostsuitable setups to achieve the expected targets and those linked tocustomer satisfaction. - Strong discipline in following rules andsafety standards. - Build strong relationships with the internalteam and people at the customer site. - Generally, travel timesrange from 1 to a few weeks, with an average annual percentage ofapproximately 30% of the time. - The profile is completed by anatural interest in training and learning, dynamism andflexibility, and a natural propensity for sociability.Qualifications - Technical high school diploma/background. -Ability to read technical drawings (preferred, not mandatory) -Some experience in maintenance and/or tooling is preferred -Knowledge of the Windows Office package (in particular Excel) -Good manual skills - Predisposition to learn new instrumentaltechnologies (strain gauge analyzers, vibration analyzers,phonometers, etc. - Attention to detail, precision, orientationtowards quality and learning - Good knowledge of the Englishlanguage - Open to travel in Italy and abroad - Minimum 2 years ofexperience Personal Attributes: - Be proactive and collaborativeand have excellent learning skills. - Contribute individually butalso be a good team player. - Be capable of working autonomouslywhile ensuring strong accountability and dedication. - Skilled atworking effectively with independent travelling Benefits: - A goodsalary and travel reimbursement as the role requires about 30%travel in Italy and abroad. - Ticket Restaurant. - Training anddevelopment in a supportive, collaborative environment.
