As an infrastructure Project Manager, you will manage,coordinate multiple medium to large IT projects, interact with manyimportant customers to gather their requirements and follow theproject from the kick off to the delivery. You can intervene indifferent environments and technical domains Network LAN/WANCyber-Security Storage Windows Unix/Linux Mainframe Your tasks Build the business case with the help of the projectSponsors Define the benefits, scope, timing and budget of theproject Deliver the project scope on time, on budget and with theexpected quality Capacity Planning: pro-actively identify andschedule project resources needs in strong collaboration withconcerned team leaders Ensure quality of deliverables and deliveredservices through a structured project management approach (projectplanning tools, project reporting, project management methodology,project risks management, etc) Manage risk & issues: continuousfollow-up of risks and issues, including mitigation actions andescalations Collaborate with teams across various divisions andentities Coordinate all parties involved in the project: bothinside the organization and externally (for example IT suppliers orclients) Maintain compliance with architecture principles andrecommendations Hand over the finalized project to the maintenanceand operational teams Contribute to the team initiatives to ensureyear-to-year cost reduction of running similar infrastructureprojects or improving the knowledge of the team by sharing your ownexperience Set-up proper governance bodies at all necessary levels How do we imagine our future Consultant You have a Masterdegree or equivalent by experience You have between 5 and 10 yearsof relevant experience as a Project Manager in IT projects You areproficient using a Project Management (Prince 2 or PMBOK) and Agile(Scrum) methodologies and project management tools (MS Project orClarity) You are experienced in managing end to end severalprojects in parallel with size varying from 300 to 3,000 man-daysYou have proven experience in project/program leading, as well agood overall technical expertise in a complex environment (such asIBM Mainframe, Tandem, Unix, Windows, and advanced networking andStorage) You havea cultural openness and adaptability, youare rigorous, customer-oriented, and you have high communicationsskills and analytical skills You are fluent in French and English;a good knowledge of Dutch might be an asset for some projects Bonus Your responsibilities encompassed the differentaspects of these ones (Planning, Budgets, Risks & Issues,Resources management). Previous experience of outsourced projectsmanagement is a plus You have experience in at least one of thefollowing sectors: Banking, Utilities, Pharmaceutical, Transport,Telecom
