Responsibilities: Lead any negotiation (yearly/LTA/extraordinary) with his/her customers by ensuring to reach at least the minimum company target (Walk away) and targeting to maximize volumes, prices and mix; Propose to the Company leadership holistic solutions to solve complex commercial challenges for his/her Large accounts through analyses, business cases, presentations; Lead his/her customers product portfolio changes through collaborating with the engineering and product development teams; Prepare and maintain sales forecast in the short and long term through analyses and reports, tracking his/her sales performance against targets; Prepare and deliver commercial and technical presentations that explain our products to customers and prospective clients, through leading and aligning the internal stakeholders. Requirements: Completed Master''s Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial branches such as mechanical, electrical or aerospace), alternatively in Economics At least 3 years in sales in the white goods industry Fluent in English while Italian/German are a plus Professional User of business common tools (SAP, excel, Google Office Suite, etc) Professional and emotional maturity Decision-making power and ability to assume leadership roles Advanced capability in communication and problem solving Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development and Sales Industries Industrial Machinery Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
