Your Role: Strengthening and Expanding Our Position in the Netherlands

As Sales Manager, you are responsible for further developing our commercial activities within the Netherlands, with a focus on large-scale projects in utility and residential construction. You will personally manage the western region around the Randstad and act as the point of contact for contractors, architects, building consultants, and property owners.

In addition, you will lead the Dutch sales team (3 people), focusing on both results and relationships. You will work closely with the executive board and be part of the strategic management team.

Ambition in Focus:

Within one year, youve proven to make a real impactboth individually and as a team. The role offers clear growth potential: after 2 to 3 years, you will expand your responsibilities to cover the Benelux region, leading a team across both Belgium and the Netherlands.
