Job Responsibilities:Develop local vision for Do It Yourself Key Accounts Channel strategy papers and marketing plans at the customer level.Communicate and implement channel marketing activities locally.Take responsibility for channel and customer P&L in alignment with our CBD.Negotiate and enable the team with local Key Accounts channel customers on T&C, pricing, listings, & campaigns/promotions.Manage duties of a Key Account Manager (KAM) and lead the Key Accounts channel sales team.Qualifications:Education: Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business.Experience and Know-How: At least 3 years of sales experience within Key Accounts, preferably in Consumer Goods; several years of leadership experience preferred.Additional Information:Bosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
