Our page MG Motor Europeon LinkedIn:https://www.linkedin.com/company/saic-motor-europe/about/ KEYRESPONSIBILITIES You will support the HR & Admin team in theadministrative follow-up of projects in terms of HR and adminmanagement. - Intern Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitmentprocess by posting job announcements, filtering applications,coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate candidaterecords. - Facilities Setup and Asset Return for EmployeeTransitions: Manage the purchase, setup, and return of officefacilities and equipment for new hires and departing employees,ensuring seamless integration into and departure from the workplaceenvironment. - Personnel Administration Support: Provide support toemployees on personnel administration matters, addressing theirqueries and concerns effectively. - Travel and AccommodationArrangements: Assist in making hotel arrangements and booking airtickets for employees, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliancewith company policies. - Files Maintenance: Update and maintainvarious HR and administrative files, ensuring accuracy andconfidentiality of information. - HR & Admin ActivitiesSupport: Assist in organising events, meetings, training, and othertasks as required. - Admin Officer Assistance: Assist the AdminOfficer in managing daily office operations, ensuring the smoothfunctioning of administrative tasks. - Internal AdministrativeProcesses Execution: Work closely with the team to implementinternal administrative processes and policies, ensuring complianceacross the organization. - Office Supplies Inventory Management:Act as a junior office manager by maintaining and updating officesupply inventory, ensuring availability of necessary items forsmooth operations. - Billing Inquiries and Payments Handling:Handle billing inquiries and payments efficiently, maintainingaccurate records and ensuring timely processing. - Other tasksaccording to your ability and the companys needs. EXPERIENCE &EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND - Education: Bac + 2/3, specialising inHuman Resources or Administration. - Excellent organisational andtime-management skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MSOffice Suite and other relevant software. - Ability to multitaskand prioritise tasks effectively. - Knowledge of administrative andHR procedures. - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. -Foreign language(s): Fluent in both French & English, Chineseis a plus.
