What You''ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

- Collaborate and Connect: Partner with project crews and client IT teams to bring scope requirements to life and easily bridge technical gaps.
- Lead with Expertise: Advise design and sales teams, offering technical insights that shape winning bids and groundbreaking plans.
- Be the Clients Champion: Act as the trusted technical liaison. Deliver service so exceptional that clients remain on their first call.
- Execute with Precision: Own the details and handle key technical elements across multiple projects. This includes programming, graphics, certification testing, and client training.
- Mitigate Risks: Spot potential pitfalls early, rally stakeholders, and craft strategies to keep timelines tight and budgets intact.

What You''ll Bring (Skills & Experience):
- Technical Wizardry: Deep expertise in testing, designing, and operating security systems, especially in the data center realm. Proven know-how with network systems and equipment honed in high-stakes environments. Advanced programming skills. Hands-on mastery of platforms like C-CURE, Lenel, Honeywell, S2, Genetec, Axis, or Milestone is required.
- Experience: At least 2 years of direct experience in data center security systems.
