Sales Manager Energy Transition - What Youll Do
- Market Development: Identify, qualify and win new customers and partners in the energy market.
- Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with installers, utilities and service providers.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute innovative launch plans for new products and services.
- Technical Solutions: Translate customer needs into tailored offers using data loggers, gateways, meters and load-balancing devices, all integrated with a cloud-based Energy Management System.
- Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date on market trends and technological advances to keep your clientsand your companyahead of the curve.
Sales Manager Energy Transition - Who You Are
- Experience: 5 years in a commercial or sales role, ideally in energy transition or adjacent technical industries.
- Education: Degree in electrical engineering, building services, or similar technical field.
- Track Record: Proven success in developing new partners/customers and managing long-term, recurring contracts.
- Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation capabilities
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment
- Excellent communication in Dutch and English
