About the Role: The Senior Twitch AE will work with a setlist of Twitch Advertisers in Italy and support growth of Twitchsadvertising revenue for the region. We are looking for acollaborative, client-focused creative senior sales executive withexperience selling media in the video space to agencies and clientdirect. As storyteller who has a proven track record in brand andcreative, you will be a crucial member of a growing sales team thatprovides tailored advertising solutions to our clients. You willrepresent Twitch Advertising''s goals and customer priorities in allendeavors and work with the Amazon Ads Sales team to ensurecoverage, coordination and an excellent client experience for ourpartners, acting locally but thinking globally. You will work witha list of advertising partners at both clients and agencies levelto grow Twitchs presence in the market and increase our revenue.Twitch is a high-growth business and this role must be visible inmarket and internally to help build momentum for the Twitch brand.You will be a Twitch expert and partner with the Amazon Ads team torepresent Twitch in the marketplace. Key job responsibilities - Youwill be a Twitch ambassador and act as an expert within the spaceto our clients, agencies, and internal split partners at Amazon AdsGrow ad revenue, and when possible, exceed goals through creativesolutions. You will work with existing and potential clients todetermine their needs and create a Twitch centric ad salessolution. - You will endeavor to exceed quarterly and annual salesgoals - You will prospect for new business - You will manageadvertiser pipeline and secure strategic-level relationships withsenior client contacts within the account list - You will work incollaboration with Amazon Ads sales teams to uncover best practicesand opportunities. - Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing,Communications, or related field - 8+ years in enterprise sales,preferably in digital media, AdTech, or gaming industry - Proventrack record of building long-term strategic partnerships at theC-suite level - Strong presentation and negotiation skills at theexecutive level - Deep expertise in the digital advertisinglandscape and Gaming and streaming ecosystem - Media buying andplanning - Strategic account management Technical Requirements: -Programmatic advertising - Data analytics and ROI measurement -Cross-platform marketing strategies - Brand safety and compliance -Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, orrelated field - 10+ years experience in digital media sales, withat least 5 years focusing on gaming or streaming platforms - Provenhistory of developing and executing innovative, custom advertisingsolutions for major brands - Prior experience working with or formajor gaming publishers, esports organizations, or streamingplatforms - Experience in international markets and managing globalaccounts - Expertise in emerging technologies relevant to streamingand gaming (e.g., AR/VR, cloud gaming) Amazon is an equalopportunities employer.
