NTT Data Digital Strategy & Advisory is a division focused on strategic and transformation projects, such as strategic planning, process improvement, digitalization to enhance customer experience, managing organizational changes, and talent management. We are currently looking for Consultants / Senior Consultants for the Banking division in Barcelona.
What Will Your Role Be?
- Managing strategy projects in hybrid or agile environments, ensuring progress across multiple workstreams to deliver high-quality results, meet tight deadlines, and proactively address challenges through effective stakeholder management and communication.
- Keep up to date with local and global banking trends, identifying opportunities to improve the value proposition.
- Play a key role in strategic projects, from understanding business activities to extracting insights that support decision-making.
- Define key performance indicators and develop dashboards to identify potential areas for improvement. Collaborate in defining and enhancing the value proposition in coordination with the companys business and transformation areas.
- Develop business approaches and proposals for sector clients.
- Work with the team to prioritize and prepare go-to-market plans.
What Are We Looking For?
Specific Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or similar).
- Excellent Masters degree in business strategy, business & economics, or a comparable course of study.
- At least 2+ years of experience in management consulting, preferably in the financial sector and/or in the context of transformation and digitalization.
- Practical experience and preferably certification in project management methodology (classic and agile), business process management, and continuous improvement.
- Languages: Spanish, Catalan preferred, Advanced English (C1) written and spoken. Other languages and international experience will be valued.
- Excellence in presentation and communication, with strength in facilitation, sales, and conflict management.
- Analytical and problem-solving, business development, teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
- IT skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of digital tools and technologies, data analysis, and KPIs based on business objectives will be valued.
