Master Data Administrator - Retail Environment

Description
- Create and update customer, vendor, and pricing condition records in the system
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by following established processes and validation rules
- Collaborate with internal teams (, finance, procurement, sales) to gather and verify data
- Support the resolution of data-related issues and contribute to data quality improvement initiatives
- Work with tools such as SAP and Ariba to manage workflows and approvals
- Maintain proper documentation and follow compliance standards for data handling
Profile
- Has a strong attention to detail and enjoys working with structured information
- Is organized, reliable, and able to follow processes accurately
- Communicates clearly and professionally in English (French or other languages are a plus)
- Is eager to learn and develop new skills in data management and business systems
- Works well in a team and is comfortable collaborating across departments and cultures
- Ideally has some exposure to ERP systems like SAP, but this is not a requirement
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude and is open to feedback and continuous improvement
