With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality consultancy, project management, design, and contract management services, our client plays a key role in some of Ireland’s most impactful and innovative infrastructure projects.They are currently seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer to join their Circular Economy and Environment team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, including renewable energy systems, solid waste facilities, biomethane projects, and public realm works. This is a great opportunity to enhance your technical and managerial skills while contributing to the development of sustainable infrastructure solutions across Ireland.Key Responsibilities: * Lead the planning and design work for a variety of environmental infrastructure projects * Manage CAD documentation and work closely with project engineers and technicians * Ensure compliance with health safety regulations and quality assurance systems * Attend meetings with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery * Coordinate with other members of the project team to meet deadlines and project objectives * Support project management functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standardsSkills Qualifications: * Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering * At least 8 years of post-graduate experience in environmental or civil engineering, with a proven track record in project management * Experience in the design of anaerobic digestion facilities, solid waste management projects, or public realm infrastructure is desirable * Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills * Ability to engage with external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies * Self-motivated, flexible, and a strong team player * A full clean driving licenseWhat’s on Offer: * Competitive salary tailored to your experience * Medical benefits and support for professional memberships * Shorter working Fridays * Strong focus on career development and professional growth * A flexible working environment that promotes work-life balance * A company culture that champions diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeingInterested in making an impact on Ireland’s sustainable infrastructure projects?
