Ensure seamlessintegration with cloud backends and related products.What You Needto Succeed:Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, orrelated field;Experience in mobile app development, architecture,and leading teams technically;Passion for Mobile: Demonstratedenthusiasm for mobile app development and delivering exceptionaluser experiences;Proven Leadership: Track record of successfullyleading software engineering teams and guiding technicaldecisions;Cutting-Edge Skills: Deep knowledge of mobile development(Swift, Kotlin), user experience design, test automation, and appanalytics;Architectural Expertise: Strong understanding of softwarearchitecture, cloud interfaces, APIs, and system designprinciples;Global Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate acrossinternational, distributed teams, adapting to changing prioritiesin fast-paced environments;Agile Mindset: Comfortable working inAgile (Scrum/Kanban) environments, driving results and continuousimprovements;Cybersecurity Insight: Experience with productsecurity and secure development lifecycle (ideal);Language Skills:Fluency in English is a must.Why Schindler?
