We are currently looking for an intern to join our CRM & Loyalty team at our Milan headquarters for a 6-month extracurricular internship. The role will support the operational management of Eatalys loyalty program.
What youll do:
- Support daily operations related to the Eataly loyalty program
- Set up and test loyalty campaigns using CRM platforms
- Help monitor member behavior and promotion performance
- Support the implementation of member-only promotions and benefits
- Coordinate content and materials for loyalty communications, including preparing benchmarks
- Help maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy
- Provide general operational support to the CRM Manager
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and other teams to ensure program consistency across channels
Who you are:
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields
- You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- You are comfortable with Excel and quick to learn digital tools
- Youre curious, analytical, hands-on, and ready to take initiative
- You have an entrepreneurial approach: resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Previous experience in CRM Teams is considered a plus
