We''re Hiring: IT Support Intern Europe (Eindhoven-based)Are you passionate about IT support and ready to take your skills to the next level across a dynamic European landscape? Join us at Morrison as we expand our IT team!Main Tasks and Responsibilities:Provide remote and on-site desktop support to European branches and offer technical advice.Resolve and track support issues related to internal core applications and provide user assistance at the Eindhoven warehouse.Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to clarify requirements and issues, enabling them to deliver effective solutions.Support the rollout of new regional systems and participate in IT departmental projects at Morrison.Maintain effective communication with local vendors for the upkeep of server room devices.Qualifications:Currently pursing a degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field. Please note you will have to be enrolled for the full duration of the internship.Familiar in supporting O365, Windows 11/10, Office printer setting and Zebra printers.Familiarity with WAN/LAN networking, IP routingand DNS.Fluency in English and Dutch, both oral and written.Our offer:An innovative international organization.A company issued laptop for the duration of the internship.Ability to develop and grow.Excellent working environment and enthusiastic team members.
