Experience Partner - Switzerland
Cognizant Moment is redefining experience in an AI-enabled world. We are seeking an Experience Partner in Switzerland to join our growing team based in Zurich . This role offers a hybrid work model and regular travel within the DACH region (Switzerland, Austria, Germany) .
The Experience Partner is central to demand generation for Cognizant Moment services, balancing sales, solutioning, storytelling, and account management. This role is part of a broader organization that measures success through total contract value (TCV) targets and client satisfaction , with a focus on expanding existing client relationships into new buying centers.
Who You Are
- You have a background in business development, sales, storytelling, and client management, with experience serving as a strategic advisor and building trust over time.
- You may have worked in a digital agency or consultancy, managing large accounts or involved in sales/solutioning roles, particularly with Life Science or Healthcare clients, and have knowledge of Digital transformations related to Customer Experience, Modern Workplace, Learning, AI, Content, and Marketing.
Your Work at Cognizant Moment
- Generate demand by understanding market trends and aligning capabilities for DACH clients, including crafting sales plans and leading opportunity pipelines.
- Build compelling solutions and lead pursuit teams to address clients'' challenges, responsible for the story, deal structure, and profitability.
- Establish trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and proactively generate thought leadership to anticipate market evolution.
- Collaborate across Cognizant to assemble internal skills, coordinate with account teams, and ensure optimal solution delivery.
What You Bring
- Strong strategic problem-solving skills, understanding business challenges from the customers perspective and industry trends.
- Deep knowledge of the Digital Space and experience working with clients via agency, consultancy, or partners.
- Expertise in Digital Experience Platforms, Design, Marketing, Content, Commerce, and Learning.
- Understanding of product launch processes and brand/product strategies.
- Willingness to travel regularly, with proximity to Zurich or Basel preferred.
- Effective executive communication skills in German and English, with the ability to create compelling presentations.
- Outstanding relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial acumen to analyze sales opportunities, craft proposals, and develop GTM strategies.
